This restaurant is all about meat. The buffet is only the side-dish, even if it would be the main attraction in other places.

The user interface is a paper dot, thats red on one side and green on the other side. When you turn the dot to the green side, the meat will be coming.

Waiters are offering the meat on skewers, freshly grilled.

The waiter uses a big sharp knife to carve thin slices from the freshly grilled meat.

You then use the small pliers that come alongside with the cutlery to get the meat slice. The trick is to stop and turn the dot back to red before you burst, because the waiters will just keep coming…
